Join us for gentle beach yoga every Saturday and Sunday 8:30-9:30 AM on the beach. The classes are taught by experienced yoga alliance teachers. Just another day in paradise!! 🔆 These beautiful souls came together from Australia, London, Mississippi, Colorado and Bradenton and shared their energy. What a beautiful way to start the day! Lila is a Sanskrit term which translates to divine play and that’s exactly the vibe we had today.
