Big thank you to RUSTY BARBELL’s - Phil & Gage - for taking time to put our PLAY-ON camp’s athletes through high-level performance work.
These athletes went through baseline testing for speed and power using laser timing technology to get real, measurable data. Now the challenge is set: put in the work this summer and come back in 6 weeks to see how much you’ve improved.
This is how real development happens: train with purpose, measure progress, and get better.
