A group class designed to build strength, endurance, and relationships with like minded people. Class sizes are limited to 10

Monday and Wednesday: 7am-8am
Tuesday and Thursday: 5pm-6pm

A program designed for endurance and strength for the aerial silk artist!

Private or group training sessions with a program and schedule tailored to your needs and desires. For studio time, this requires enrollment in the Ringstar Pro Studio program ($25/month), which is waived when blocks of 5 or more are purchased.

Remember, low cost but long term commitment when the system is setup for you to fail doesn't actually get any results.

When you're making decisions and committing to a course of action, make sure you're working with someone who takes your wishes and helps you set smart, achievable (yet still ambitious) goals.

Don't get trapped in the big box gym memberships.

Rest assured that the gym you're paying only $10 a month to attend is definitely getting their money's worth.

Today's more sedentary lifestyle has lead to a prevalence in back pain, but now tech is becoming a pain in the neck. Remember that sitting around all day (or craning your neck over constantly to keep your eyes on your phone) has a price, especially if you're not taking actions to correct it.

There's no substitute to hard work and determination when it comes to getting fit and losing weight, and even though diet pills and thermogenics may look enticing, they often come with risks and drawbacks.
