Miles That Matter is an outdoor community fundraiser supporting local athletes with special needs. Participants can choose to row, bike, run, or walk, making it accessible for everyone to get involved!

If you don’t know what the Murph is, it’s a classic CrossFit Hero workout honoring Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy. The workout consists of:

1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1 mile run

All done for time and if you’re up for the challenge, wearing a weighted vest.

All fitness levels are welcome, and modifications will be available.✨

We’ve been making some upgrades around the gym—and we’re really excited for you to feel the difference.

New bumper plates, new collars for the barbells, and upgraded seats on the Echo bikes to make your rides a little more comfortable. It’s not just about new equipment—it’s about creating a better experience every time you walk through the door.

We’re always looking for ways to improve and invest in our athletes, because you deserve a space that supports your hard work.

🚨 Friday Night Lights – Tonight! 🚨

Tonight’s challenge is simple… but also not simple at all.

Leave the water bottle at home.

That’s right. If you want water tonight, you’ve got to bring ANYTHING but a water bottle to drink out of.

A bowl.
A coffee mug.
A watering can.
A protein shaker from 2009.
Your kid’s sippy cup.
We don’t make the rules… actually we do… and this one feels important.

We’ll have the lights on, the music up, and a gym full of questionable hydration decisions.

Get creative.
Get weird.
Get ready to throw down.

Friday Night Lights starts tonight.
