🐻 Reverse Bear Crawl 🐻

This exercise is a great way to work both the CORE and SHOULDERS 💪 💥

It increases strength in upward rotation of your shoulder blades which is commonly neglected in “normal” weightlifting movements.

Adding weight can increase the demands making it even more spicy 🌶️

The only time we use the BOSU is for pushups 💥

It’s a great way to ensure equal push through both arms — reflexively turning on shoulder stabilizers and is a fun challenge for the core 🤓 📕

Leave your balance/stability exercises to the ground since that allows you to put force into the ground.

The 🐍Cobra Pulldown🐍 is a great pulling exercise to get LENGTH and CONTRACTION of the upper back specially the Latissimus Dorsi.

Make sure you allow the cable to “win” at the top to get that extra stretch and finish into the hip at the bottom without rolling to your outside hip 🤓 💭

Outside leg is up to help approximate the obliques— giving you sneaky core work as well 😈
