Do you feel hurried, stressed, tense, irritable, exhausted, depressed, or anxious?
This 8 week mind body skills group with Sherilyn Rittgers, PMHNP-BC is designed to help you feel better!

-We will learn powerful practices for relieving stress, promoting healing, and increasing our sense of well-being.
-We will use breathing, meditation, guided imagery, dialogue with a symptom, drawings, movement, yoga, and mindful eating to help us feel more calm and relaxed.
-Each week we will breathe together, learn a new skill, practice a new skill, and then process what our experience was like. Then we will discuss how we can see ourselves using the skill as we move forward.
-To get the most out of this group, individuals should come with a curiosity and willingness to learn new skills as well as a commitment to attend all 8 sessions. This is a closed group, so no new people join throughout the group. This helps us experience a sense of cohesion and safety.
