My workouts the past 2 1/2 weeks have been SO much fun - even with no power and all the other 2020 craziness...the new workout program I started makes it easy to forget all that for 30 min at a time!!

Itโ€™s a 3 week program and Iโ€™m starting another group with it next week!! The ladies who have been rocking it absolutely love this program. With personal challenges to beat your best, and cranked up music to keep you going, you wonโ€™t believe how quickly 3 weeks goes by!

When she gets worked up, one of the only ways we can help her calm down is by just doing normal things! She loves it when we bring her along to do things like laundry, dishes, cooking...you know, all those exciting daily tasks. โฃ

Sooooo what happens if you snooze your alarm, wake up late, and end up feeling behind 15 min into your day?! โฃ

You can ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ take control of your day! This is how my day started today - and instead of giving up, Iโ€™m going to keep going and do the activities no matter how long they take! โฃ

Speaking of taking longer...This pic makes things look serene and calm, but a few minutes later, babies were screaming and didnโ€™t let up until nap time. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ โฃ

Years of having a morning routine have showed me the importance:โฃ

Habits take time and energy to build. If youโ€™ve tried to set up a morning routine before, and it didnโ€™t stick, start again tomorrow! โฃ

When you enter a new season of life (like bringing home twin babies ๐Ÿ˜ณ), your morning routine WILL change. I think you have to give yourself grace and time to find your new rhythm. โฃ

By doing the following things, even for 1 minute each - you can and will start to have really successful and accomplished days! โฃ

3. ๐•๐ข๐ฌ๐ฎ๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐ณ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง - map out your day and visualize how you want it to go. Take it a step further and create a vision board for the year or decade!โฃ

5. ๐‘๐ž๐š๐ - just 10 pages or 10 min a day can make a huge difference! โฃ
