Sooooo what happens if you snooze your alarm, wake up late, and end up feeling behind 15 min into your day?! โฃ

You can ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ take control of your day! This is how my day started today - and instead of giving up, Iโm going to keep going and do the activities no matter how long they take! โฃ

Speaking of taking longer...This pic makes things look serene and calm, but a few minutes later, babies were screaming and didnโt let up until nap time. ๐ฌ โฃ

Years of having a morning routine have showed me the importance:โฃ

I know it will energize me, itโs a great opportunity to set my intentions and attitude, plus it gives me ๐ข๐ต ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ข๐ด๐ต ๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ฆ win for the day! โฃ

Even if (or when) the rest of the day goes downhill, at least we rocked our morning! โฃ

Habits take time and energy to build. If youโve tried to set up a morning routine before, and it didnโt stick, start again tomorrow! โฃ

When you enter a new season of life (like bringing home twin babies ๐ณ), your morning routine WILL change. I think you have to give yourself grace and time to find your new rhythm. โฃ

Keep doing the activities every day no matter the hurdles. It will be worth it when everything starts to click and you can knock it all out in record time! โฃ
