Iowa Fitness League Put in the work and stay for a drink! Hosted at Crossfit Ankeny. Teams consist of two males and two females with an RX division and a scaled division.

Iowa's first co-ed fitness & social league featuring functional fitness style workouts that will not only test you physically but will require teamwork and strategy each and every week. Iowa Fitness League takes fitness and socializing and combines them into a fun and friendly competitive environment. Workouts are designed weekly to test not only the team's fitness, but also their ability to strategize and work together to beat the competition. Come for the workouts and stay for a drink while you get to know other fitness junkies in the area! (BYOB)
