At CFA we like to recognize the consistent efforts of our members.

So we have the committed club!

The committed club is for members who attend 16 classes a month!

Take a look at this list of some strong and tough people who either joined for the committed club in May or maintained their streaks! 💪

Just over a week out before the camp starts!

Stop waiting because spots are filling fast and your child won’t want to miss this!

This year we have three awesome options for your youth.

Each of these options are an opportunity for your child to develop a strong relationship with fitness as well as base layer of fitness, and ultimately some summer fun!

Children’s Camp
3rd - 5th Grade
A 6 week camp that will provide kids an opportunity to explore movement while having fun!
Cost:
$30 dollars/week or $175 for the whole camp!

Youth Camp
6th - 9th grade
A 6-week camp that will provide an opportunity for kids to develop a relationship with fitness as well as build some strength and conditioning.
Cost:
$50 dollars/week or $275 for the whole camp!

High School Performance Camp
10th-12th grade
A 6 week camp targeted to develop high schoolers performance in regard to their sport.
Cost:
$50 dollars/week or $275 for the whole camp!

1️⃣Pick 2 proteins and 2 breakfast staples for the week and get them prepped.

2️⃣Go shopping with a list and block of some time to prep right away
Carve out time immediately after shopping to get some prepping done for the week!

3️⃣ Don’t forget to prep your veggies and fruits
Have you ever bought veggies and fruits and didn't have a chance to eat them before they went bad?
