Today at 3 PM EST Nebraska Women’s Volleyball plays Texas in the 2023 NCAA Division I Championship Match on ABC.

The match will feature talented and well-coached athletes, avid and loud fans along with displaying how far the sport of volleyball has progressed.

On Saturday evening, April 24, 2022, the talented and well-coached Ball State Men's Volleyball Team hosted another talented and well-coached team, Purdue Fort Wayne, for the MIVA Championship Match.
There was amazing play, fantastic fans, and Ball State won, qualifying them for the National NCAA Division 1 Men's Championship Tournament at UCLA on May 1 - 7, 2022.
That evening was another Celebration of Life for Dr. Shondell.

This sign sums up the 63 years of emotions, efforts, and determination of the Ball State Men's Volleyball Program.
I am always grateful to be associated with this fine athletic program, the good people within the program, and Ball State University.

As it should be -
Two well-coached teams, Ball State and PFW, with impressive players, are in the Finals of The 2022 MIVA Men's Volleyball Tournament.
Both teams let their playing do their talkin' for them, and both coaches work with their players to help them achieve.
Congratulations to both programs and coaches.
Beginning at 7 PM on Saturday, April 23, 2022, at Worthen Arena on the campus of Ball State University, there will be a lot of great coaching, play, and respect.

The Celebration of Life for Dr. "Coach" Shondell begins at 2 PM on Saturday, March 19, 2022, at Worthen Arena on the campus of Ball State University.
I do recommend that You attend this significant event honoring Dr. Shondell, his work, and his legacy.
There will be several noteworthy speakers from the Shondell Family, Volleyball Dignitaries, and Alums from Dr. Shondell's teams he coached during his 34-year coaching tenure at Ball State.

Dick Powers Volleyball 2022 Sunday Training registration opportunities are now available for athletes in grades 5 - 7 and 8 - 12.

dickpowersvolleyball.com website will provide registration details and more information on the 50 years of Dick Powers Volleyball.

2022 DPV, Dick Powers Volleyball, Training begins Sunday, January 9, 2022, and ends Sunday, April 24. 2022.

There will be four three-week training sessions.

Thank You for the amazing fall volleyball season that I got to spend with You and Steve watching #22 Paige Powers' Burris Volleyball Team play their home matches at Ball Gymnasium. You have helped so many of us further our lives with your leadership and guidance and now, it's our turn to provide support to You. By the way, I told Steve that I would work on getting your many awards and tributes moved to The Dr. Don Shondell Practice Center and am working on that project. Steve has told me that You keep the #22 Owl that Paige gave to You on your desk where You live. That was a special moment when Paige ran over to You after her team's introductions at The Shondell Family Volleyball Tournament and gave her owl to You.
