For the next 2 weeks on Tuesday and Thursday from 5 to 8 we are offering free try it nights. Come see what we are all about. We are in a beautiful building located on the grounds of the Stuben County Even Center in the Lions building just beyond the recycling center back by Dry Dock.

This is a demonstration of focusing energy. I've done this after years of training. Don't try this at home. Come to our karate class and learn how to focus your energy, get fit, build confidence and learn how to defend yourself. What are you waiting for?
