What does it mean to be a coach, Nic?
“‘Athletes don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care’ has always guided my approach. Coaching is about connection. It’s about showing an athlete that the work they put in off the field is what shapes who they become on it. My goal is to teach lessons in the weight room that last far beyond sport.”
