our running form can affect your efficiency, speed, and risk of injury.

You don’t need to have perfect mechanics, but small adjustments can lead to big improvements.

Staying relaxed is key.

Improving your form doesn’t happen overnight, but over time, these small tweaks can make your running smoother, faster, and less injury-prone.

Remember what we discussed! Visually learn your drills then mimicking the movements no matter where you are.

Everything will become 2nd nature with repetition.

🔥 Confidence Isn’t Built When People Are Watching.

It’s not built by compliments.
It’s not built on likes, followers, or applause.

Confidence is built in silence.
In early mornings. In lonely reps.
In the extra work that no one sees, but everyone feels when you step on the field.

You don’t need praise.
You need progress.
Stack enough of those quiet moments, and one day, you’ll walk onto the TRACK knowing you’ve already earned it.
