Come and join us for a special yoga class to honor the day. The session will feature a Vinyasa Flow and meditation. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, all levels are welcome!

Time: 8 AM - 9 AM

Arrival: Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start time

Location: At the Tactical Fitness Center Aerobics Room

Eligibility: Open to All Active Duty Members, Veterans, Family Members, DoD Civilians, and CAC Card Holders
