🇺🇸 400m run
🇺🇸 15 Deadlifts
🇺🇸 20 Walking Lunges (10 e.s)
🇺🇸 15 Push Presses
🇺🇸 20 Kettlebell Swings

Structured intervals can improve cardiovascular endurance while making treadmill sessions more engaging than just steady-state alone.

➡️WARM-UP (5 min)

* 0–1% incline
* Easy walk: 2.8–3.5 mph

🏃🏻‍♀️PHASE 1: SPEED BUILD (5 min)

* 1 min brisk walk
* 1 min light jog
* Repeat 2x
(Push pace, but stay in control)

🏃🏻‍♀️PHASE 2: HILL CLIMB (8 min)

* 2 min incline 4% brisk walk
* 2 min incline 6% brisk walk
* Repeat 2x

🏃🏻‍♀️PHASE 3: POWER PUSH (7 min)

* 30 sec hard run / fast walk
* 90 sec recovery walk
* Repeat 4 rounds

➡️COOL DOWN (5 min)

* Gradually lower speed + incline
* Gradually reduce heart rate
* Walk it out

TIPS: 🤓

* Don’t hold the rails!
* Posture tall, core tight
* Increase speed OR incline or BOTH if advanced!
