If you strength train, running might feel easier than you think. 🏃♀️
All that heavy leg work… squats, lunges, deadlifts, sled pushes! These exercises already challenge your heart and lungs, so many lifters find they can jog comfortably even if they’ve never really “been a runner.” Strong legs and core help make it feel smooth and stable, too.
We’re doing our TG run again Friday! It’s such a fun way to start the weekend.
