With lots of choices, you can create an R&R get-away, a fitness extravaganza or a nature adventure camp - it's all about you. Our staff is here to guide you through an experience of a life time. Our get away is on Highland Lake this year at Tarry A While Resort in Bridgton. Great food, cla

ss rooms, large spaces for specialty classes, arts and crafts area. Private rooms for massages, Reiki, Sound Healing, and Crystal Chakra Healing are beautifully nestled into the retreat layout. Our instructors are some of the most experienced, highly educated, and loving, nurturing instructors in the industry. Our classes and special events are implemented with the highest standard. Hello! This is Brenda. I hope you are all well. I was thinking about those who attended our last Mainely Women Retreat in the fall. This is just a quick reminder that I gifted a bottle of On Guard spray in your bag. This spray can be used to sanitize your hands, steering wheel, etc. I know there is a shortage of hand disinfectants. Some of you may have used it right away, but just in case someone had forgotten, I thought I'd mention it. Stay safe and sound. Love and Blessings, Brenda
