What a great weekend we had at Lake Sam Rayburn. We had 6 teams fishing,and they all weighed in! There were 140 teams total fishing this tournament.

6th - Nolan and Kannon with 16.14 lbs
13th - Logan and Davin with 13.33 lbs
21st - Colton and Jeremy with 11.58 lbs
26th - Colby and Lane with 11.04 lbs
74th - Raeger and Dalton with 5.54 lbs
94th - Bryce with 2.38 lbs

We were 4th place school out of 20!

5 teams made the cut for regionals on May 2nd at Lake Conroe!!!!! To qualify for regionals they had to be in the top 79 overall out of 197 teams!

3rd - Lane and Colby
4th - Nolan and Kannon
24th - Logan and Davin
43rd - Colton and Jeremy
57th - Raeger and Dalton

We also had 2 teams in the top 10 so they qualified for the Angler of the Year tournament at Lake Tyler this summer!!

We are so proud of our 2025-2026 Anglers!! Way to go Anglers and congratulations on a wonderful fishing season!! 🎣🎣🎣🎣

What an awesome tournament AS Anglers had this past weekend at Toledo Bend. We had 6 teams fishing and all 6 weighed in!!! There were a total of 142 teams fishing in this tournament.

5th place - Lane and Colby - 16.09 lbs
23rd - Nolan and Kannon - 11.54 lbs
36th - Raeger and Dalton - 8.95 lbs
37th - Bryce Beseda - 8.87 lbs
94th - Logan and Davin - 1.59 lbs
101th - Colton and Jeremy - 1.49 lbs

7th overall out of 19 for the Highschool!

We are running three tournaments every Saturday, but due to current platform limits, we can only live stream two.

So YOU get to help decide which lakes are broadcast.

Here is how it works:

▶️ Lake with the SECOND most likes streams live on YouTube
❌ Third lake will not be live streamed

🗳 Voting happens in the COMMENTS every Wednesday and Thursday before tournament weekends.

👉 Like the lake you want to see live.
⚠️ Only likes on THSBA-posted lake comments will count.

We are actively working on long-term solutions that protect scholarship funding for our anglers. This voting system allows us to continue streaming as many events as possible while keeping scholarships first.

Our Lake Conore tournament last weekend was tough but we had 4 teams weigh in and place within the top 50!! There were 170 teams fishing this tournament.

5th - Nolan and kannon 16.46lbs
29th - Logan and Davin 5.56lbs
32nd - Colby and Lane 5.21lbs
34th - Colton and Jeremy 4.98lbs

As a school we placed 5th out of 20 schools!

Congratulations boys and keep on working hard!!!

We look forward to our next torunament 10/25 at Lake Somerville!

We had an awesome first tournament last weekend at Lake Limestone! There were 167 teams fishing.

🏆 1st Place – 13.82 lbs: Lane Johnson & Colby Cotton
🎣 19th Place – 6.10 lbs: Raeger Cass & Dalton Sechelski
🎣 34th Place – 4.43 lbs: Logan Anderson & Davin Bialas
🎣 50th Place – 3.40 lbs: Nolan Walkoviak & Kannon Lara

As a school we placed 2nd out of 20 schools!

Way to go Anglers! Keep up the great work!! We look forward to our next tournament on Lake Conroe October 4th!!

The Angler of the Year tournament was yesterday in Waco. In order to fish this tournment, you had to be in the top ten overall for the regular season. We had one team make it! What a great day they had!

Zach and Ethan weighed in 13.57

They ended up in 2nd place!!!!!!!
