Today, I want to share something that has truly transformed my journey to lose weight, improve my overall well-being, and align my body, mind, and spirit. It’s a shift in perspective that has made all the difference in how I approach food, nutrition, and my relationship with my body. I learned to stop thinking of my nutritional strategy as a “diet” and instead started viewing it as a way of eating according to my goals. Along with this shift, I began to see food not as an object of desire, but as fuel for my body and my life.
