We will be busy this summer. So far we have plans for 3 shoots/seminars. We will have one on Mother’s Day weekend, one in August and one in September. More info to come on those. I’m going to try to squeeze another in during April and possible July. Some of these are going to be quick instruction/safety inside with transition to 3d ranges and if it is brand new shooters we will keep it short distance. Thank you again to everyone who has donated equipment so far, it will definitely be used. There are a few things we could use if anyone has any arm guards and/or field tips. We could definitely use them. Until next post, shoot straight !!

Hoosier 690 prep just about complete. Packing everything up and can’t wait to see everyone and fling some arrows. Stop by the booth all next weekend (saturday and sunday) and see us. We do have a few things for the guys as well but you gotta stop by the booth to see those !!!

*** SEPTEMBER EVENTS AT PINE HILL ARCHERY CLUB ***

Hey Pine Hill Archery Club Members and Friends!!! We have a couple of events coming up in September that we wanted to share with you.

First is the Albino Buck 3D Shoot on September 20th at PHAC. The cost of the event is $20 per archer. We will have 30 3D targets setup, great door prizes to give away, and a long shot contest for a chance to win a membership to the club for the 2026-2027 year. This event is open to the public, so bring or invite your friends and family. Feel free to share this post too! Registration is from 9:00am - 1:00 pm. Hope you will come out and join us for a great event.

Second, to prepare the grounds for the Albino Buck event, we will be having a work day on September 13th. We will be renting a wood chipper to chip up a lot of the branches that fell over the Spring and Summer. There will also be other yard and building task to tackle. We will start at 9:00am and provide lunch. Many hands make light work, so we hope you will join us.

Lastly is the Annual Membership Meeting on Monday, September 22nd at 6:30 pm at the clubhouse. At the meeting we will discuss the status of the club and most importantly vote on the Board of Directors. This year we will be voting on the Vice-President and Treasurer for a two-year term, and the open Secretary position for a remaining one-year term. Nominations are now open and can be submitted through the Messenger App.

August 16th DG Archery will be having an informational hunting seminar that we will be at. There will be no shooting at this seminar and there will be guest speakers. The seminar will focus on tree stands and saddles. This is not just for the female hunters, its for all hunters Will provide more information once I get it.
