Students - REMINDER: class schedule change beginning this week… Joel cannot teach on Thursday evenings anymore because of an evening class at Clemson. Combat Base classes on Mondays @ 7PM and Fridays @ 5PM will continue.

Shotokan Students - a quick message from Sensei Tuan (still in Cali this week): NO Wednesday Karate class this week. Joel is covering class for him today and Thurs but he can’t on Wed because of work.

Reminder & Heads Up:

Today 8/12/24 - Combat Base class is at 6PM (not the usual 7PM)

Thursday 8/15/24 - this will be the last Thursday Combat Base class (Joel will be teaching a 5:30-8:00 PM grad class for Clemson every Thursday this fall semester). Monday 7 PM & Friday 5 PM Combat Base classes will continue weekly.

Friday 8/16/24 - NO Friday Combat Base class this week (Joel has a work retreat that runs late that day).
