Hi Everyone,

We wanted to let you know that our gym tanning bed is currently out of service. We have ordered a replacement and hope to have it up and running soon!

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience. We’ll also be installing new tanning bulbs when we move to our new location in September.

Thank you to everyone who came out today! Our walls are now filled with verses, prayers, encouragement, and so much love. It truly meant the world to us to share this special moment with our community.

For those who weren’t able to make it, don’t worry—there’s still time! I’ve left markers by the door, and you’re more than welcome to stop by, check out the gym, and leave your own verse, prayer, quote, goal, or message on the studs.

We want these walls to tell the story of the people and community that helped build this dream. Thank you all for being a part of it!

I’m so excited to share that I officially completed my Bungee Fitness Certification with Sling Bungee! 🎉

It was such a fun experience and I learned so much. I can’t wait to bring bungee fitness to Grimes County Body Shop! There’s still a little work to do before I start teaching classes in August, but I’m getting there.

And yes… it’s just as fun as it looks! 😄💪

Huge thank you to Launch Bungee for such an awesome training experience. I’m so excited for what’s coming next!

The Owl’s Nest is exploring offering full-day care during the one-week school breaks throughout the school year.
