🚨 It’s Official: Our Thanksgiving Food Drive is Here! 🚨
From October 18 to November 18, we’re on a mission to collect items for local food pantries.
🥫 Help us reach our goal by donating non-perishable food items and sweat for a cause!
🎯 How to Get Involved:
-Drop off your donations at Anytime Fitness.
-Join our "Calories for a Cause" special classes, where your effort = extra item donated!
-Watch me take on the "Push-Up & Burpee Challenge" for every donation made! 💪

Stop fixating on just burning fat alone. Train to get stronger, build muscle, have fun, and thrive. It's about energizing your life and maximizing longevity. Regular exercise, quality sleep, a protein-rich diet, nurturing close relationships, and even rest are your “big rocks” for optimal health. Don't sweat the 0.1% tweaks you see glamorize on social media to “optimize your life”—focus on the simplicity that will actually elevate your quality of life. It sounds simple because it is! But the real challenge is being relentlessly consistent in those simple things. Embrace the basics, stay committed, and grow.

Strength training is the single most effective type of exercise for fat loss.
NOT CARDIO
NOT HIIT
NOT CONDITIONING
That’s not even mentioning all the other benefits that aid quality of life and longevity.
This is why I will always prioritize weight training, and you should to! Then by adding other forms of exercise on top of that to maximum our results and our health.
