Strike Hold Martial Arts and Fitness had a crazy weekend in Montana. LP Eickhoff had a very close hard fought decision loss. The first two rounds were back and forth with both fighters exchanging and reversing each other's positions. The third round slowed down after a takedown Lp was held down for most of the round then with about fifteen seconds left they were stood up and exchanged some hands and the fight was over.

We are very proud of all of LP Eickhoff hard work and preparation. After 2 years he got in there shook off the ring rust, fought thru adversity and ended up doing amazing. Now it's time to heal up get back to the gym and get better in all areas. LP will be back and be better then ever and that is how you Strike Hold.

Huge announcement for Strike Hold Martial Arts and Fitness. We are now officially affiliated with Live Oak Jiu Jitsu Academy in Fairfield C.A. Under Professor Alejondro Lucas.

What does this mean for us and you? Now we are offering jiu jitsu classes 7 days a week and at least two of those days will be for the gi. We will now be able to offer classes to become belted in bjj. We can now also compete in IBJJF that is the International Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation.

Strike Hold already has some of the best jiu jitsu competitors in the north state and now they can be recognized for all their hard work. Strike Hold now really is the one stop shop for all your combative needs.

Professor Lucas will be coming to Strike Hold this Sunday July 26th. If your already a member come get some good rounds in. If you're not already a member come see what Strike Hold has to offer and meet some good people.

We are very excited for all the things that are and will be happening in the near future. We hope you come and be apart of the everything that will make a better Strike Hold.

Training camp has started at Strike Hold. LP Eickhoff has started putting that work in for his next Professional MMA fight on August 29th all the way up in Montana. We are also going to be adding more classes for grappling. Wether your new or a veteran to the sport come check out Strike Hold Martial Arts and Fitness.

2:30-4:00 Youth MMA and Wrestling and open mat for adults.

4:00-5:00 Striking and Grappling

5:00-6:30 Wrestling

6:30-7:30 Woman's only Kickboxing
