Just to clarify, we are not transferring suppressors on a standard fi***rm form “4473” until we get the go ahead from the ATF. We are very excited about what is happening, but they still 60 days to appeal this decision. Once we know more, we will let our customers know. So at this time we will still be submitting suppressors to the ATF by the standard "Form 4" proces like normal.
