At the Pickwick Slam this upcoming April, the Top 10 finishing teams will automatically qualify for the 2023 BoatUS Collegiate Bass Fishing Championship presented by Bass Pro Shops at Lake Hartwell in Anderson, SC.

2022 season has come to an end with the PBC College Tournament Trail. We have had a great season. 5 out of 6 teams finished in the top 20. Congratulations to Colton Wells and Lawson Frady for finishing in the top 10, being 7th overall individually and overall top team finisher for the season for Spartanburg County College Anglers. Several highlights to the season was as a team, Spartanburg County College Anglers won 3rd place on Lake Norman, Keaton Owens and Jonathan Hopkins made day two of the season ending Classic by finishing in the top 15 on Day 1 against some stout anglers and lastly, Evan Horton weighed in the largest fish during the Classic- a 4.7 pound beautiful Lake Hartwell largemouth. Super proud of our college anglers and very thankful for each of our sponsors, as we can’t express enough how much their support means. Very blessed 2022 season!

Day one of the Classic on Lake Hartwell. Congratulations to and for qualifying for Day Two tomorrow. They had 11 pounds to lead the team. Congratulations to on a beautiful largemouth weighing 4 1/2 pounds. Go get em tomorrow Keaton and Hoppy
