With school ball finishing a week ago, the South Alabama Arrows 14u started their travel ball season by winning the 2025 PG Deep South Super Regional NIT in Hoover, AL this weekend.
In a 22 team major tournament, the Arrows won both pool play games on Saturday which put them in the 12 team gold bracket on Sunday. Arrow’s ran off 3 wins in the gold bracket putting them in the championship game against an extremely talented Beast National team who is ranked #1 in the Southeast Region by Perfect Game. With dominant pitching and defense, the Arrows came out on top winning the championship game 1-0 in 7 innings.
Great start to the season and a total team effort displayed throughout the tournament. Proud of this group!
