Abe brings over 20 years of experience as a leader in community-based programs and private sector business development, including more than a decade of supervisory leadership in case management and workforce development. Known for his ability to build programs and lead high-performing teams, Abe has successfully managed complex programs while fostering collaboration with municipal, state, and community partners as well as engaging local business leaders in the mission. He is strongly committed to promoting client economic self-sufficiency, ensuring excellence in service delivery, and is enthusiastic about driving meaningful impact across both local and rural communities.
