This is why the concept of “goal setting” is so important. If you have a goal all based on measurements, whether it’s weight on the scale, weight you lift, or an amount of calories to eat you will cut corners to achieve it. Once you’ve cut corners you’ve set yourself up for long term failure even if you are making short term gains. At my gym my goal is to make people create a passionate vision for their lives and give them the tools to be able to achieve their dreams. Of course, weight loss, strength gain and all of that will come, but longevity will only be created if you have an overarching idea that you are working your entire identity towards.

It’s been about a year since I opened up my gym! I’m stoked that we’ve kept it open, have had a ton of success with clients, have forged bonds that will last and have created a great community of people.

With this said, its time for me to raise my prices! So, starting next month my pricing structure will be:

$150 for assessment + 6 week follow up
$75 assessment if joining the gym
$150 for 2x/week
$200 for 3x/week
$250 for 4x/week

In this course we’re gonna teach you how to press, pull, hinge and squat all while improving strength, mobility and implementing individual exercises for each person.
