🐾 You may have heard about the new Iditarod Expedition Musher Program for 2026 — and you might have questions.

Three mushers will travel the historic Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race trail under a special Expedition Class designation, journeying the trail alongside this year’s race.

Most importantly, the competitive race remains unchanged, with mushers still competing for official standings, awards, and the title of Iditarod Champion. 🏁
