She’s baaack! Looking to bridge spring to summer in a perfectly portioned way?! Join Erinn for an 8-class Modern series! Offered April 27-June 22, this dynamic modern dance class blends foundational techniques contemporary movement principles for a well-rounded, expressive experience. Dancers will explore floorwork, weight shifts, improvisation, and fluid phrasework while deepening their technical control and artistry. Some prior dance experience is required.
Please note: there is NO class on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25th.

A gift 🎁 for you! Hi 👋 it’s Stephanie. I own The Annex and it’s sister studio , and despite all that, I still could use more movement in my life. If your hips and knees feel up to it, won’t you join me for just a few minutes of bending, twisting and stretching? Do it RIGHT NOW! In your office. After your workout. In your kitchen while the oven warms. Whatever/wherever, because movement is WORTH IT.
Disclaimer: who knew IG reels maxed out of three minutes? Probably everyone but me. But don’t worry, a simple straddle stretch into cat/cows will finish this mini sequence beautifully.

We are SO EXCITED to welcome our newest instructor Hilton to the schedule with an African dances series! Hilton is a talented, well-traveled dancer with experience teaching African and hip hop styles. His first intermediate series, launching this Wednesday, January 7th at 5:30pm, explores the stylistic nuances of dances from various areas of Africa, with insight as to how those styles influence today’s hip hop.
Interested? Be sure to share, and register early as class minimums must be met for these awesome offerings to run. 🎉
