Hi folks,
We’ll be restarting the Sunday Weapons training next week, May 22nd. (2-3:30 pm).
We’ll be at the west end of Balto Seppala Park off of the Milky Way Dr parking lot.

Atemi in Aikido - This series of lessons will focus on how the principles and application of atemi are integral to a vibrant and effective aikido practice. Striking, kicking, and blocking techniques will be explored within the framework of aikido principles, with an emphasis on the effective application of energy when striking, and the controlled absorption of that energy when blocking.
