need a quick break from work? want to tack on a little extra to your workout today? whatever your reason for needing some movement today, try this little number for one of those deep shaky burns 😈

Total time: 10 min
2 rounds - 1 minute in each isometric hold, move immediately into the next position. rest 1 minute after completing all 4 movements

1: quadruped hold
2: reverse plank
3: pike hold
4: glute bridge

If that’s too easy for ya, kick it up a notch and hold each for 90-120 seconds or add an additional round for a 15 minute workout

Happy Monday party people!! Not really feeling the whole wake up/work/be a productive human thing today but I’m making it happen regardless😅 as if I have a choice 😂 remembering this grueling set of overhead lunges as a reminder I can do anything if I just focus 🤓 hope everyone has a good Monday and lots of coffee ☕️

if you see me smiling at my , mind your business bc I spent 18 hours clearing, digging, shoveling, leveling, hauling sand bags and pavers, and taking intermittent breaks to play fetch with my dogs this weekend.

Hope that everyone got to spend some time with friends and family. So incredibly grateful for freedom and those who were not (and still aren’t) afraid to fight for it.
