You don’t have to overcomplicate pain! You can heal without any big words, invasive surgeries or medication.

You just need to find your weaknesses and strengthen them.

Yeah guys guess what???

I started this in my mom’s garage when I was 14.

Kids rode the bus home to train with us. We all lifted with one barbell, on one rack, with one set of plates and we had to all get out before my mom got home at 6pm so she didn’t know

Then, during the pandemic, I brought a bunch of rocks to a park, invited everyone to come lift, do push ups and sprints

Then into another garage, then into our current AMAZING space

You guys know what you should do???

CHASE YOUR DREAMS RELENTLESSLY AND PASSIONATELY FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.

Cause if I can do it… SO CAN YOU. I am not special. I just didn’t quit on myself.

This is not the beginning of the end for my gym… but it may be the end of the beginning.
