“I could never eat the same thing every day”
Goooodbyeeeee, you literally already do and you don’t even realize it!!!You built your routine around the Starbucks drive-through and a breakfast sandwich that makes you crash by 10am. And let’s not ignore the fact that we’re all still eating the same goofy ass subway sandwich we created at 9 years old???
Nobody questions the $10 coffee they order on autopilot five days a week. Nobody calls themselves “too spontaneous” for the McDonald’s order they’ve had memorized since 2019. The habits and routine are already there - they’re just built around things that leave you feeling like garbage.
The reality is, you just haven’t decided your own body is worth being consistent for yet.
And unfortunately nobody wants to say that out loud but I will! You’re choosing the very thing that’s harming you + making you feel awful out of “convenience” when ultimately, giving your body the nutrients it needs everyday can be just as convenient - you’re just not willing to take the small amount of extra time that’s required to figure that out 🥲
And it’s not even that you have to eat the same thing everyday, it’s the fact that you use that as an excuse to maintain your unproductive eating habits + avoid making the changes that will actually help you improve your health and quality of life.
