I just wanted to introduce myself on this page. My name is Travis Mulholland, I am the owner and one of the trainers at Arctic Iron.

I have been a trainer for 10 year and I have operated my own private studio for 4 years now.

My main philosophy when it comes to training my clients has always been meeting them where they are in life, setting realistic goals day to day, and teaching people how to get their body’s to more efficiently and effectively for their lifestyles.

I primarily focus on prehabbing and rehabbing ailing areas, showing brand new lifters proper and fluid mechanics.

Being in a private studio setting allows my clients to get all the focus they need, without any distractions or judgment, and most importantly being able to be available based on your schedule.

All my clients go thru a multi phase consultation, where we first sit down get to know each other on a personal level, we will establish daily goals to work on, then 6 and 12 month goals, what you struggle with. Then we go through a mobility screening, then finally a workout to see how you like the product.

With winter approaching, I am now accepting in-person appointments. My availability includes morning and evening slots on select days. Specifically, I have openings on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings, as well as Tuesday and Thursday evenings. I met Dan and his wife Barbra when I first became a trainer at the alaska club. I informed them that I’ve never worked with anyone as a trainer before so I said please be patient with me as you start this journey. Well that journey has been over 10 years.

It has been remarkable seeing how strong and capable these two have become. These two have become like grandparents to me, we have shared so many laughs and challenges.

It’s been absolute pleasure and joy to be your train. I’m forever thankful for you instilling your trust in a guy that didn’t really know what he was doing at the time.

If some of these slides don’t fire you up or get you motivated to make a change you need to do some re-thinking!!

I don’t care what social media says or your favorite fitness influencer says in-person Personal Training is not dead! It brings me so much joy to be part of my clients lives inside and outside of the gym. Some of my clients have been training with me for over 5+ years and have become some of my closest friends!

My services go WAY beyond just designing a program or meal plan that just works for you, I offer a intimate and personal experience. In a private studio where you can just be yourself, you don’t have to worry if its your first time in a gym setting, or if there’s just too many people. That goes above and beyond what any club or gym my be able to offer. I will hold you accountable physically as well as mentally. If there are goals and aspirations you want to achieve in life I will be there to help you to guide you!

Now is the time! If you are stuck in a rut or just been wanting to start a healthy and fit lifestyle, please let me be your guide, your hand, your friend, and your trainer!
