Our overall membership is up 31% and golfing members are up 49% this year compared to last year! Lenny's welcoming smile and customer service contributes to this success. Even our new and old members are recruiting their friends to join. We certainly are headed in the right direction!

2026 Wapsi Country Club Improvements:
*Remodeled Men’s Bathroom -Lead Corey Ritter
*Replaced Ball Marker Posts-Lead Pat Keating
*Added solar lights to ball marker posts-donated by Randy/Deb Byers-Thanks Lenny for adding these lights.
*Painted Cart Shed Facing #1 green-workday volunteers
*Repainted Score Board/patio -Lead workday ladies
*Replaced Retaining Wall on Ladies Tee Box #1 -Lead Pat Keating
*New Green’s Mower purchased
*Aeration
*Water Softner
*Added 4 Quick Connect’s
*New Tin Brown Door on Work Shed
*Blacktopped Cart Path from Parking lot to Tee Box #2
*Blacktopped front parking lot
*Purchased a used side by side for the course to use (as our current work cart will need to be replaced soon)
*New Smart thermostats purchased that can be controlled remotely
*Glo Golf equipment purchased by Chris Kenney and 4 events offered this year. Great attendance.
*Clubhouse projects including, electrical improvements, new roof, outside pole replacements due to storm damage, shed repairs, etc.
*Clubhouse roof to be replaced soon due to storm damage
*Adding more security cameras soon-Mike Ammeter
Other fun facts:

Bar Bingo-very successful participation. Euchre tournaments, Texas " "hold em", Bunco, -Thanks to our social committee!!
Initiated couples league again, (had 16 teams sign up) Plans next
year to expand on this next year.

Keep in mind we have a very important event next year. We will be hosting both the EIGA and WEIGA events at Wapsi. EIGA is celebrating 100 years. Ladies event is August 7 and men's is August 14th and 15th. We will need a lot of volunteers to help with ball spotting, parking, registration, rental cart distribution, etc.
We are so proud of our accomplishments! We hope you are as well.
