Lean for Life is to help motivate others to be their best version of themselves. It's not even about being skinny. You don't have to have the best body. You just want to make your body its best. Eating right is the most important, For some, including myself, it's the most challenging. In fact, when I first started hitting the gym I would say, "I workout so I 'can' eat the yummy junk". s enjoyed working out and being active, so after learning how to apply it and what workout routines fit me best, it came more natural for me. Something I look forward to doing daily. I love the challenge of new moves that I have to work up to get good at. "What seems impossible now, will one day be my warm up" I love that quote because it's so true. I need to practice eating clean and helping my family to do so is equally important to me. I don't want to stop with my household, I want to encourage my entire family and friend and people I don't even know yet.
