Lean for Life is to help motivate others to be their best version of themselves. It's not even about being skinny. You don't have to have the best body. You just want to make your body its best. Eating right is the most important, For some, including myself, it's the most challenging. In fact, when I first started hitting the gym I would say, "I workout so I 'can' eat the yummy junk". I have alway

s enjoyed working out and being active, so after learning how to apply it and what workout routines fit me best, it came more natural for me. Something I look forward to doing daily. I love the challenge of new moves that I have to work up to get good at. "What seems impossible now, will one day be my warm up" I love that quote because it's so true. I need to practice eating clean and helping my family to do so is equally important to me. I don't want to stop with my household, I want to encourage my entire family and friend and people I don't even know yet.

These are from different weeks. 31wks-33wks pregnant. I've been trying to keep up with at least 6 days a week. I post these for myself to look back on. I wish I had done it 6 years ago with my daughter so I'm doing it now with my son🥰. I can't wait for the rest of my workout clothes to fit again, I swear, I do wash these!

Been at my new job for a year now. The schedule sure was hard to learn to fit my workout in, but I found a way. Feeling good. Working on 80day obsession. Really need to get more hand weights, but they are hard to come by with covid. I might just have to order some and leave a treat for my UPS GUY. I feel like my results are lacking. Still proud of myself.

Been keeping a consistent routine for the last month! Boosts my energy levels to get me through the day, and keeps my body limber and tone to prevent injury at work. Sounds like a triple threat to me!

I admit, i just finished my first workout after 3 weeks off. I had to wake up my muscles that were beginning to fade. I did not go easy on myself but i also didnt push myself past unsafe measures. Always watch your form and do your best. =shaky legs, arms & butt!

I'm in no rush to a perfect body. Im happy with my results and I haven't worked too hard to get here. I have a busy life...

I'm in no rush to a perfect body. Im happy with my results and I haven't worked too hard to get here. I have a busy life and don't manage to fit my workout in everyday, I try. Im not on a special diet, I try to pick the healthier choice most days... But I'm horrible at it. I veg out on pizza night and may have a bowl of ice cream 3x/week when I have it. I don't make excuses for my slow progress, but I know what to change when I'm ready to fully reach my goal. What can I say, I enjoy the scenic route.
