Thank you to our amazing community for all the support..


During the holiday season CrossFit Downey/Co:Op Athletics Downey were so gracious to donate $400 worth of grocery and gas gift cards to four of our patient’s families at LAC+USC Medical Center who are undergoing some challenging times. Unfortunately, because of COVID and extra restrictions/limitations we were unable to obtain pictures of these patients and their families. Please scroll to the right to read a brief description of the families that were assisted. Thank you CrossFit Downey/Co:Op Athletics and your members for your generosity in helping these patients and their families in time of great need.
