San Clemente Session 2. Larger group this time with the same mat space 😬. We had to get a lil cozy. Some of the group consist of surfers but want to learn some Jiu-jitsu and Happy to show them some fundamentals. 2 hours of Jitsu condensed into 12 seconds.

I had a great time representing West Anaheim Jiu-Jitsu Explorers and Submission Peptides this weekend while watching some exciting pro wrestlers compete for the "Who's the Man" title. I hadn't been to an event like this since I was a kid, and it was a really fun experience—especially when the wrestlers interacted with the crowd. Watch as our female practitioner gets introduced to the powerful S-mount armbar — a dynamic upgrade from the classic mount position.

By transitioning to this high, angled S-mount, you gain superior control, making it incredibly difficult for your opponent to escape or bridge out.
