I want to take a moment to celebrate Josiah Hartshorn .hartshorn and the incredible journey he’s been on. I first had the privilege of working with Josiah when he was just 11 years old—my very first homeschooled/training program kid—and from that moment, I knew he was destined for greatness. His family’s trust and dedication to helping him grow bigger, stronger, and more fundamentally sound truly set the foundation for his success.
Josiah’s unwavering commitment and hard work every single day paid off. His perseverance earned him a spot on the 12u USA National Team, and he continued to push himself beyond limits. That dedication led to a scholarship at Texas A&M and, most recently, being drafted by the Chicago Cubs in the 6th round of the 2025 draft.
It’s genuinely inspiring to see a kid I was in the trenches with achieve his dreams. Trusting the process is one thing, but witnessing it come to life is something truly special.
None of this would have been possible without a supportive family who understands what it takes to become your best self.
Thank you for allowing me to be part of Josiah’s development and journey from a young age. I am grateful to have played a small role in his path to success, and I couldn’t be more proud of him.
