Good morning Tri-Cities Kenpo Karate families.

We are bringing back our Friday classes with a slight change.

We will be alternating weekly between tournament kata / weapon training with Sensei Archie Thompson. This is for our students who want to learn and compete in tournaments using weapon forms and kata.

On the other Fridays, we are blessed to have Sensei Dennis with Atomic Martial Arts Tri-Cities comming in to run class for point fighting for our students.

We hope to see our students come in to get that extra work in.

Lot of y’all high ranking belts walking around thinking you have achieved something without ever pressure testing you’re art.

If you never been punched in the mouth and had to battle back from struggle get out of my face with you’re fancy belt.

I competed in 10 mixed Martial arts events and training countless hours on the mats with very high level fighters.

I do not hide behind my belt, and if I have never even seen you spar or get out into a technique line you have no right to try and claim superiover me.

Test your art, improve you’re art.

Been close to 3 months since I injected my neck that required surgery . So far I’ve taken it quite slow and relaxed. I decided to move a bit faster today and share my progress.
