📅 Session 1: June 8th – June 28th
⏰ Monday–Thursday

🏋️ Weight Room: 1:15 PM – 2:00 PM
🤼 Wrestling Room: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM

📢 Incoming freshmen are encouraged to attend and join the team!

✅ Show up early
✅ Be ready to train
✅ Bring workout clothes, running shoes, and water
✅ Communicate if you’ll be late or absent
