Our goal at the OC Lab is to help our members become healthier, more fit and overall stronger. These things are achieved by more than just great workouts. With that said, starting February we will be implementing our fit focus of the month.
What this means is we will be focusing on other components that help us become more efficient through our workouts and day to day life. Things like mobility, stretching, core , glutes (Yes, there is more to strong glutes than just looking good 🍑 lol) Bet you didn’t know that strong glutes support your lower back when lifting and helps prevent knee injuries 😉
Even though we touch on these subjects weekly through our workouts. We will be going more in-depth with them during the fit focus month. That means you will be seeing the fit focus of the month throughout the week in class. It could be part of your warmup, cool down or even a station. You will still get the same OC Lab workouts 🦾🧪🦾 but with a feel good twist to help you all live a healthier and pain free life.
We will also offer 2-4 fit focus classes a month that will really allow us to pass the knowledge to our members. These classes will be included in your membership!
We are so excited about this and can’t wait to kick it off next month. Stay tuned for February fit focus of the month!!!
