Ready to turn that body into a machine? Good—because today’s workout is gonna cook every muscle like a five-star meal.
We’re starting hot with the single-leg Romanian deadlift. Hamstrings, glutes, low back, they’re all on the menu, baby. And trust me, you’ll feel every bit of it.
Then we’re moving on to the incline bench press. Upper chest? Yeah, we’re building that armor.
Next, squat straight into a push press. You heard me. It’s legs and shoulders tag-teaming, and yes, you better lock that elbow out at the top.
But we’re not done with the shoulders. Oh no, we’re adding lateral raises and upright rows, building those delts till they pop.
And don’t think we’re skipping core. BOSU ball, right in the mix. Abs burning? That’s exactly the point.
Single-arm rows come in next for that back—clean, focused, and strong. And as the cherry on top? Bicep curls, because that pump is how we finish.
