State Bound!!

Indian City won game 4 today, 8-1 making them the 2023 OK Kids Region #3 Champions.

“Indian City 12u blew out WCVL Blanchard Boom 12U 8-1 on Sunday.

Indian City 12u got things started in the first inning. Kade K grounded out, scoring one run.

Indian City 12u put up four runs in the third inning. Indian City 12u big bats were led by Korbin P, Kane W, and Bentley E, all sending runners across the plate with RBIs in the inning.

Manny B led things off on the hill for Indian City 12u. The ace went four innings, allowing zero runs on four hits, striking out three and walking one.

Dasen R started the game for WCVL Blanchard Boom 12U. The righthander went two innings, allowing four runs on three hits, striking out one and walking one. Weston S, Mason B, and Charlie M each contributed in relief for WCVL Blanchard Boom 12U.

Bentley went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead Indian City 12u in hits.”

Regionals Game 2

Indian City 12u Blows Away Astros by 11 Runs

Indian City 12u cruised to an easy victory over Astros 15-4 on Saturday

Indian City 12u got on the board in the first inning. Kade K singled on a 2-2 count, scoring two runs.

Indian City 12u tallied six runs in the fifth inning. Indian City 12u offense in the inning was led by Kane W and Taven T, all sending runners across the plate with RBIs in the inning.

Kane got the start for Indian City 12u. The hurler lasted three innings, allowing one hit and two runs while striking out four.

Easton R led things off on the mound for Astros. The pitcher went two innings, allowing six runs on seven hits, striking out one and walking one. Holiday N threw two and two-thirds innings in relief out of the bullpen.

Indian City 12u hit two home runs on the day. Korbin P put one out in the second inning. Kane had a dinger in the fifth inning.

Indian City 12u saw the ball well today, racking up 15 hits in the game. Kade, Brody R, Korbin, Taven, and Kane all had multiple hits for Indian City 12u. Brody and Kade each collected three hits to lead Indian City 12u. Indian City 12u stole seven bases during the game as two players stole more than one. Taven led the way with three.

Izak A led Astros with two hits in two at bats.

“Four Indian City Pitchers Combine In Shutout Victory Against Davis Dingers.

Indian City 12u defeated Davis Dingers 24-0 on Thursday as four pitchers combined to throw a shutout.

Indian City 12u was boosted by Manny B who went 4-for-4 at the plate.

Indian City 12u collected 22 hits on the day. Taven T, Manny, Kade K, Brody R, Gage G, Korbin P, and Bentley E each racked up multiple hits for Indian City 12u. Manny and Taven each managed four hits to lead Indian City 12u. Indian City 12u didn't commit a single error in the field. Kade had seven chances in the field, the most on the team. Kade led Indian City 12u with two stolen bases, as they ran wild on the base paths with five stolen bases.

#3 went 1-for-1 at the plate to lead Davis Dingers in hits.”
