🏹 2A STATE – BOYS RECAP 🏹

Dylan Rowell is your 2A State Champion — again!
Dylan defended his crown with a dominant 15:15 (1st), earning back-to-back state titles and giving Anacortes three straight individual boys’ champions.

The rest of the crew battled through one of the deepest 2A fields in years to lock down a 4th-place team finish:

Daniel Blee – 38th (16:54)

Maverick Ball – 40th (16:58)

Rowan Morgenthaler – 71st (17:24)

Gunner Willoughby – 93rd (17:48)

Owen Kennedy – 102nd (17:53)

Quinn Moroney – 148th (18:52)

A returning champion out front. A tough, disciplined pack behind him.

💜🦅 2A STATE – GIRLS RECAP 🦅💜

The girls delivered another huge championship performance, finishing 3rd in the state and securing the program’s 6th straight podium appearance.

Ashley Becerra Guzman kicked things off with a statement race, placing 7th (18:38) and landing on the individual podium.

The Seahawks packed it up perfectly behind her:

Peyton Floyd – 38th (20:59)

Led by senior captain Dylan Rowell, who hammered his way to 2nd place in 16:09, the boys locked down a strong runner-up finish and secured their spot to Pasco.

🏁 Northwest Conference Championships 🏁 October 22nd
What a day for the Seahawks at Civic Stadium! Both varsity squads brought the grit and left it all on the course against some of the toughest competition in the state.

👟 Boys Varsity – 2nd Place Team Finish (88 pts)
🔥 Senior Dylan Rowell dominated the field, claiming the individual championship in a blazing 14:47 — a huge statement win to cap off his regular season.
Strong support came from:
