Rams pick up their first win of the season over LaSalle 34-14.

After watching the scrimmage against Schalmont and last week’s performance against Ballston Spa, it’s painfully clear: this team barely lifted a weight in the offseason. They are small, undersized and outmatched vs the best of Class A. Having athletes at the skill positions is fine, but it does you no good if you can’t move your opponent off the ball. I don’t know what happens from here but this coaching staff needs to do something to get these players motivated to consistently hit the weight room and improve in the offseason. Or else, us fans will be looking at a fourth straight year without a playoff appearance.
