Come practice with us this morning at 11:30am, just down the street from the Amsterdam farmers market.

Slow movement can be more challenging than you would think,

Our fingers wiggle craving that action. Our toes stretch in and out open and closed,

We are literally balls of energy.

As we move through strength and into stillness you learn, you breathe and you find stillness.

For the summer I will be shifting to private yoga lessons.

I am seeking students who are interested in slow introspective yoga and meditation.

My style learns towards Ram Dass teachings and self esteem building.

Yoga can seem hard, it can feel hard.

But it doesn't actually have to be hard.

My classes start at zero. We learn where your knee goes in alignment with your hip.

We learn to slow down and listen to our own buzz and flow.
