Now this one goes wayyyyyyyy back. Before we became the king of athletic supplies, Morley Athletic was mostly hunting and fishing- my grandfather actually put on sportsman shows to display and demonstrate the newest fishing rods and gear on the market.

Occasionally a 80 year old fella will walk into the office here and tell me he still has his Browning rifle he bought at Morleyโ€™s in 1952!

Our family has a proud lineage in all areas of sports going back to 1931! Yes we changed with the times but wow what a history!

Itโ€™s a bit tattered and torn but this 1985-86 catalog really speaks to how far technology has come. Back then this version of our catalog was considered pretty fancy with the photo collage cover and green print.

Imagine all the hours that the family put into putting these together. My dad once told me they literally had to cut out pictures and paste them along with the product descriptions and send it to the print company.

We did catalog mailings for years across the country before the internet came along and revolutionized the world.
